Ardcomm is a community-based health and social care organisation and our Older Adults Services are dedicated to supporting older adults to maintain independence, well-being, and social connection. Our Older Adults Services aim to reduce isolation and loneliness while promoting access to essential health and social care. We deliver support through three integrated workstreams; - Domiciliary Care Department: A regulated service led by a Registered Manager. - Good Morning West Belfast: A daily telephone check-in and support line. - Elders Forum: social club supporting in-person activities including daily meals, health and education workshops, outings and celebrations, and advocacy. Together, these services ensure older adults remain connected, empowered, and included in community life.
