Overview

Conveyancing Solicitor - Residential Property – Wolverhampton Office. A Legal 500 recognised firm are looking to grow their Wolverhampton office and add a conveyancing solicitor to the team.

The perfect candidate will have at least 3 years experience dealing with a caseload of residential property matters including handling transactions from inception to completion.

About the Role

You’ll handle a varied and rewarding caseload, giving you the opportunity to work across every stage of the residential property journey. Your work will include:

  • Guiding clients through property sales and purchases, covering both freehold and leasehold transactions.
  • Managing remortgage matters efficiently and ensuring a smooth, stress-free experience for clients.
  • Advising on new build purchases, liaising with developers and buyers to keep matters progressing on time.
  • Overseeing transfers of equity, providing clear, practical advice that helps clients achieve their property goals.

Salary dependant on experience and comprehensive benefit packagae available.
