Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer Wilmslow (Hybrid after initial training)

Salary

• Handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, leaseholds, freeholds, transfers of equity, and new builds.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth, efficient progress on all files.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting property searches, and reporting on title.
• Maintaining compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory standards.
• Providing outstanding client care and contributing to the firm’s reputation for excellence.

As part of their continued expansion, they are launching a dedicated Conveyancing Department and are looking for a dedicated professional to help drive this exciting new chapter.
