Conveyancing Legal Secretary – Telford

A respected regional law firm is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join its busy Residential Property team in the Telford office. This is a great opportunity to support a collaborative team on a wide range of residential transactions.

As a Conveyancing Legal Secretary you will work closely with the partner to assist with file opening/closing, drafting correspondence and post‑completion work along with undertaking Land Registry applications and Stamp Duty submissions, supporting on file progression along with general administrative tasks including typing, diary management and document handling.

Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary with some conveyancing experience. Good organisational skills are key, along with the ability to work in a fast paced and busy environment.
