A legal services company located in Woking is seeking a Conveyancing Legal Assistant to support the Residential Conveyancing team. The successful candidate will have previous legal admin experience, knowledge of the Residential Conveyancing process, and excellent communication and organizational skills. You will be working in a friendly team environment focused on client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Previous Legal Admin background in Residential Conveyancing required.
  • Case Management experience preferred.
  • Ability to convey information accurately, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

  • Join the Residential Conveyancing team and support others.
  • Maintain appropriate client contact.
  • Return client calls and manage information effectively.

  • Will have some previous knowledge of the Residential Conveyancing Process.
