Our client, a reputable law firm based in Sidcup, is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Legal Assistant with at least 12 months of experience in conveyancing. This full‑time, office‑based role requires the successful candidate to work 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting conveyancers in managing a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
  • Drafting and proofreading legal documents and correspondence.
  • Conducting searches and completing necessary documentation.
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other third parties.
  • Maintaining and updating client files and records accurately.
  • Providing administrative support to the conveyancing team, including diary management and scheduling appointments.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 months of experience working in a conveyancing role.
  • Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and relevant legal requirements.
