Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to telephone and email enquiries from colleagues and customers, ensuring clear and courteous communication at all times.
• Collaborate closely with the Control Room Team to maintain transparent communication regarding daily operations and service updates.
• Monitor and manage the employee tracking and scheduling system, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
• Compile and deliver accurate reports on incidents and operational events, sharing insights with management and clients as required.
• Complete all necessary documentation efficiently, escalating issues appropriately and in a timely manner.
• Liaise effectively with all departments across the organisation to support seamless operations and cross-functional coordination.
• Utilise FRG systems proficiently to carry out daily tasks and contribute to smooth control room operations.
