Job summary

First Response Group in Leeds is seeking a Control Room Operator to monitor systems, respond to real-time events, and support safe, efficient operations. The role requires handling inquiries with professionalism and coordinating with the control room team to ensure smooth service delivery.

You will use FRG systems daily, maintain accurate incident reports, and ensure compliance with company standards. A CCTV licence, strong attention to detail, and a reliable, proactive attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to telephone and email enquiries from colleagues and customers, ensuring clear and courteous communication at all times.
• Collaborate closely with the Control Room Team to maintain transparent communication regarding daily operations and service updates.
• Monitor and manage the employee tracking and scheduling system, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
• Compile and deliver accurate reports on incidents and operational events, sharing insights with management and clients as required.
• Complete all necessary documentation efficiently, escalating issues appropriately and in a timely manner.
• Liaise effectively with all departments across the organisation to support seamless operations and cross-functional coordination.
• Utilise FRG systems proficiently to carry out daily tasks and contribute to smooth control room operations.
