Job summary

GXO is seeking a Control Room Team Manager for our M&S Foods site in Bradford. You will lead the Control Room operation, drive order flow, and deliver excellent customer service while developing a high-performing team in a fast-paced logistics environment.

This is a full-time, permanent role, working any 5 from 7, 14:00 to 22:00. Salary up to £34,000 per annum plus 33 days of annual leave, pension, private health options, and access to GXO benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing teams within warehouse/logistics environments.
• Strong planning and decision-making under pressure.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems, especially JDA WMS.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the Control Room team to achieve performance targets.
• Manage order flow and prioritisation to align with transport plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and service levels.
• Ensure compliance with GXO procedures and safety standards.
• Build relationships with Operations, Transport, Planning, Stock and HR.
