Job summary

GXO is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for the Samlesbury site to guide a shift-based team across all warehouse operations. You will promote a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork, with responsibility for safety, accuracy, and productivity.

The role requires strong leadership and clear communication, enabling the team to meet daily targets within a 10:00 pm–6:00 am Sunday to Thursday shift pattern. GXO offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of end-to-end warehouse processes and health and safety requirements.
• Ability to lead a team and work on your own initiative.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
