Job summary

Northern Security Limited is seeking a Control and Scheduling Manager to own the central monitoring and control function. The role focuses on safeguarding personnel and assets, coordinating operations, and driving continuous improvement across the Control Room.

The successful candidate will lead a team, ensure 24/7 coverage, manage rotas for 200+ officers, and contribute to evolving the Control function as the business grows. Salary is £35,000 per annum with 42.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a Control Room team to high performance.
• Ensure 24/7 Control Room coverage and incident response.
• Plan rotas for 200+ security officers and optimize scheduling.
• Analyze control room data to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Develop SOPs and emergency response processes.
• Coordinate HR recruitment and training plans across sites.
• Monitor and maintain control room systems and equipment.
