A leading construction firm in the United Kingdom is looking for a skilled Contract Manager to oversee various contracts. This role involves organizing pre-contract meetings, preparing relevant documentation, liaising with clients, and ensuring that projects are completed on time while adhering to health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, experience in contract management, and a commitment to high levels of professionalism in customer care. Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm with 1 hour lunch break. At times, depending on the requirements of the job it may be necessary to start earlier or finish later. This post holder may be required to work additional hours to ensure that projects are completed on time.
Holiday: 20 days per year plus 8 Bank Holidays and the annual Christmas shut down which is variable in length and advised once agreed by the Directors.
