HV Contracts Manager – Aberdeen

Location : Aberdeen

Job Type : Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £57,000+ Bonus

We are looking for an experienced HV Contracts Manager to lead and grow high voltage (HV) operations in Aberdeen. This is a unique opportunity for the first hire in the region, giving you the chance to build your own team, shape business growth, and take ownership of project delivery, client relationships and operational success.

Responsibilities

• Lead all HV operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality and company standards.
• Define project scopes, allocate resources and manage delivery from tender to completion.
• Identify and develop new HV business opportunities, prepare quotations and manage client accounts.
• Contract management will vary in value from small works to larger maintenance contracts.
• Typical HV equipment knowledge (such as circuit breakers and transformers) will be valuable when pulling together quotes and tendering for larger projects.
• Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing team as the business grows.
• Support the Operations Manager in setting strategic goals and driving profitability.
