We are currently looking for a contracts manager to join our Warrington team on a fulltime basis.

Essential duties & responsibilities
  • Act as the main liaison for clients and their representatives.
  • Oversee daily operations of assigned contracts, ensuring profitability and compliance.
  • Attend client meetings and maintain strong, professional relationships.
  • Communicate effectively across all formats verbal, written, and digital.
  • Conduct audits covering documentation, maintenance schedules, health & safety, and financial performance.
  • Provide monthly reports covering financials, audits, H&S issues, and client feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal departments on invoicing, labour control, and subcontractor management.
  • Review subcontractor documentation.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and quotations for clients.
  • Ensure all client communications are professional and aligned with company policies.
  • To effectively carryout or delegate the points as discussed and issues raised by the client on a timeous basis and ensure communication of all client issues is passed to the appropriate personnel/departments.
  • To set up regular meetings with the client based upon the frequency established in relation to the clients KPI's and/or service levels, client request or Contract expectation.
  • To regularly review the profitability of their contracts dependant on contract expected turnover as established by the Commercial Team.
  • Manage aged debt by working with clients and internal teams to resolve outstanding payments and ensure timely invoicing and collections.
Personal Qualities/Skills
