Exciting Contracts Manager opportunity working for a stable tier one main contractor with an escalating turnover and plenty of opportunity ahead of them for growth. This is a great opportunity to oversee 4 live sites, which would mainly be new build social housing projects, ranging from 25 to 250+ units.

The schemes are at various stages of the build and you would need to provide strategic direction to ensure the developments are delivered safely, on time, and to a consistently high standard. As Contracts Manager, you would be reporting into the Operations Director, working closely with clients and have 4 project leads reporting into you.

Responsibilities for Contract Managers

• Manage a team of around to 4 Senior Managers.
• Helping to implement new procedures
• Overseeing multiple sites from groundworks to completion.
• Oversee pre-start planning, delivery, and post-completion activities
• Liaising with clients.
