Contracts Administrator - Full Time (30 Hours per Week)

Location: Derry
Hourly Rate: £15.38 per hour
Manpower Recruitment is currently recruiting for a full-time Contracts Administrator to work on-site with a large manufacturing company based in the Derry area.
This is a varied and people-focused role, supporting temporary staff and liaising closely with on-site management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Hours of Work
  • 30 hours per week
  • Flexibility required to cover mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends
  • The production plant operates on a 24/7 shift pattern, so working hours will vary in line with business needs
Main Duties
  • Liaising with shift managers regarding temporary staff requirements
  • Reporting any staffing or performance issues to the Manpower Team Lead
  • Assisting temporary production staff with setting up and using payroll apps
  • Communicating with temporary staff regarding performance and any workplace concerns
  • Reminding temporary staff to submit weekly working hours
  • Carrying out general administrative duties as required
