Job summary

A dynamic digital healthcare company in the UK is seeking a Contract User Researcher. In this fully remote role, the successful candidate will lead qualitative and quantitative research projects and contribute to a new AI-driven initiative. Fluency in Spanish and strong experience with international projects are essential. This is a 6-month contract with a competitive daily rate of up to £500.

We’re looking for a Contract User Researcher who is fluent in Spanish and has strong experience supporting digital platforms as they expand into new markets.

As a Contract User Researcher, you’ll be joining a rapidly scaling digital healthcare company that’s dedicated to delivering a bespoke private healthcare platform to its users. This is a 6-month contract where you’ll work with a high degree of autonomy across multiple projects, translating user research and insights into clear research strategies and actionable plans.

You’ll also play a key role in an exciting new AI-driven initiative, helping to push the boundaries of healthtech to the next level.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Design and deliver both qualitative and quantitative research
• Develop effective research plans and guide best practice
• Build a deep understanding of users and champion their needs
• Experience working on international-scale projects
• Share insights and educate teams on the value of user research
• Coordinate external research agencies where required
• Drive projects that align with wider business goals
• Up to £500 per day, Outside IR35
• 6 months (rolling)
• Fully remote
