A high-end construction firm in the United Kingdom is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee multiple residential construction projects. The role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as an understanding of the construction industry. The position is primarily remote but requires weekly site visits to liaise with foremen and clients. Candidates should have proven experience in operations and project management, with excellent communication capabilities. This position offers a temp-to-perm arrangement and a company car after the initial trial period.
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Operations Manager to join high end residential building company and oversee the smooth delivery of multiple construction projects.
The ideal candidate will excel at managing people, building strong client relationships, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
The role is primarily remote / WFH, with the expectation of visiting each project site at least once a week to meet foremen, assess progress, provide support and liaise with clients regarding progress, budget and material choices.
The position is being offered on a temp to perm basis after a 6 month trial period.
In the initial 6 months you would be required to use your own vehicle for visiting sites; upon completion of 6 month trial then a company car would be offered.
