Job summary

A temporary staffing agency is seeking a Contract Manager in Andover to oversee security systems and manage contracts. Key Responsibilities
  • Security & Safety Management: Oversee security systems including door entry, automated doors/gates, CCTV, and manage radon safety compliance.
  • Contract Oversight: Manage key contractors delivering services within these workstreams, ensuring performance meets agreed standards.
  • Quality & Compliance: Lead on servicing, maintenance, and works contracts, ensuring adherence to audit, time, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction requirements.
  • Performance Reporting: Produce regular reports on supplier performance and compliance.
  • Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing budgets for relevant portfolio areas, ensuring expenditure remains within agreed limits.
