Job summary

A well-established multi-disciplinary Architectural practice in Leeds is seeking a Contract Architectural Technologist. The role involves preparing detailed drawings and supporting projects from initial concept through to completion, specifically in areas like heritage buildings and infrastructure. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in architectural technology and be proficient in Revit. This contract position offers hybrid working with office attendance required for 2 days per week.

  • CAD skills beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing technical and detailed drawings.

  • Collaborating with the wider design team of 25+ professionals.

Job Title: Contract Architectural Technologist

Rate: £30 - £33 per hour

Contract Duration: 3 months with potential for extension subject to workload

Location: Leeds (Hybrid working - required in the office 2 days per week)

We're looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join the design team of a well-established multi-disciplinary Architectural practice with a strong reputation across the country on a contract basis. Our client works on diverse projects spanning heritage renovations, transport infrastructure, healthcare facilities, and advanced manufacturing developments amongst a range of other sectors and project types.

The successful candidate will be involved in the design and development of varied projects from feasibility stage through to completion.

Essential Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in architectural technology
  • Proficient in Revit (daily use required)
  • CAD skills beneficial
  • Experience across diverse project types preferred
