• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• In-depth understanding of metering, billing, and finance processes.
• Experience leading complex projects from inception to delivery.
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with senior leadership.
• Ability to review and interpret large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Income/Billing SAP Product Team roadmap.
• Deliver controlled mass processing through automation.
• Act as a Business Analyst to build robust requirements.
• Provide support for technical issue resolution.
• Drive process enhancements and assist Retail teams.
