We’re looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join a busy manufacturing team in Coventry.

This new role reports to the Engineering Manager and focuses on process optimisation, data analysis, cost reduction and driving efficiency across the site.

You’ll have the freedom to make changes that matter and the support of management to make them happen.

What you’ll need:

• Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt ideal)
• Experience with ISO 9001 / 14001
• 3+ years’ process improvement experience in manufacturing
• Strong communication and presentation skills
