Job summary

BD is seeking a commercially driven Territory Manager to drive growth across the Continence Care portfolio. This field-based role covers East London, Kent and Essex with up to 80% travel, requiring proven NHS sales experience and the ability to convert opportunities through consultative, value-based selling.

You will work within an integrated commercial team to build a robust pipeline, develop strategic territory plans and deliver solutions that create value for patients and healthcare systems.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in field-based NHS sales.
• Experience mapping and developing a sales pipeline.
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders in complex organisations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across NHS accounts.
• Create and deliver territory growth plans.
• Build relationships with healthcare decision-makers.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and forecast.
• Deliver against weekly, monthly and quarterly sales priorities.
