An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Contentious Probate Solicitor (2+ years' PQE) to join a well-respected and growing contentious trusts and probate team based in Buckinghamshire.

The Role

The successful candidate will manage and assist on a varied contentious probate caseload, including:

• Will validity and inheritance disputes
• Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
• Trust and estate disputes
• Estate administration disputes and removal of executors
• Advising clients through pre-action, litigation, and settlement

The level of responsibility and autonomy will be tailored to experience, with appropriate supervision and mentoring from senior lawyers
