We’re looking for a confident creative and collaborative Content Editor to join our Education Marketing team at IRIS Software Group. You’ll help shape how we communicate with schools, trusts and education leaders across UK State, Independent and International education markets.
You’ll play a major role in writing, editing and optimising high‑impact content that drives demand, retention and growth across our education portfolio including MIS, HR, finance, parental engagement and analytics solutions.
Content Development & Delivery
Write, edit and optimise long‑form and high‑value content: whitepapers, customer stories, blogs, newsletters, thought leadership and product pages.
Shape tone of voice, messaging frameworks and campaign goals with the Director of Marketing.
Localise content for key segments (MATs, Independent schools, International).
Repurpose long‑form content into multi‑channel assets.
Explore the smart use of AI tools for workflow ideation and optimisation.
Content Operations & Workflow
Own and maintain the editorial calendar aligned to campaign plans.
Upload, edit and format content across CMS platforms (HubSpot, WordPress).
Collaborate with product, sales, design and marketing to deliver content on time.
Lead content QA ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.
SEO and Performance
Conduct keyword and topic research (SEMrush).
Optimise content for search visibility and engagement across emerging discovery platforms.
Track, analyse and report on performance metrics.
