Job Description

  • Manage and motivate a telesales team of 15 to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyse team performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and training to enhance team effectiveness and skills.
  • Ensure customer service standards are maintained and improved.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with business objectives.
