Job summary

Johnsons Cars in Redditch is seeking Inbound and Outbound Advisors for our contact centre. No prior contact centre experience required; full training will be provided. Role involves handling inbound/outbound calls and securing bookings for services, MOTs and repairs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent telephone manners, an outgoing personality, and be highly motivated to learn. Shift patterns are Monday to Friday, with a basic salary of £25,000 and an OTE of £27,700.

We are looking for an Inbound and Outbound advisors to join our team at our contact centre located in Redditch. Previous contact centre experience not required (although would be beneficial) Full training Will be provided. Customer service experience is preferred.

This role is working Monday to Friday on one of the following shift patterns- Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm or Monday to Friday 08:30am to 17:30pm.Basic Salary of £25,000 andOTE of £27,700
