The role offers a £30,000 basic salary plus a £6,000 bonus, with 31 days of holiday rising to 33 with service, a company pension, staff discounts, Dentist on Demand, and industry-leading training with clear career progression.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the aftersales journey
• Booking in vehicles, scheduling work, and managing workshop diaries
• Providing accurate estimates for servicing and repairs, including timescales and costs
• Keeping customers fully informed with clear and timely updates
• Promoting additional products, services, parts, and accessories where appropriate
• Ensuring all customer expectations are met and exceeded
