Job summary

Johnsons Cars, one of the UK’s leading independent dealer networks, invites you to join our Volkswagen dealership in Stoke as a part-time Receptionist. You’ll welcome customers, handle queries and support the front desk during weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday, 14 hours).

Qualifications

• Be confident in communicating with customers.
• Have previous experience working with Microsoft Office 365 (or similar).
• Be confident in answering the phone and making phone calls.
• Ideally hold a valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Give a professional and warm welcome to every customer as soon as they walk through the door.
• Strive for exceptional service by understanding each customer’s needs and providing a seamless experience, offering assistance and refreshments whenever needed.
• A high standard of organisation and attention to detail, ensuring customer-facing areas are kept clean and tidy at all times and meeting rooms are replenished with food and beverages as required.
• Handle any customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.

Part time - 14 hours per week - Saturday and Sunday (weekend shift)

The ideal candidate will:

• Be confident in communicating with customers
• Have previous experience working with Microsoft office 356 (or similar)
• Be confident in answering the phone and making phone calls
• Ideally hold a valid UK driving licence.
