Job summary

Johnsons Cars Preston is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their Seat dealership. You will manage bookings, provide servicing estimates, and drive customer satisfaction with a proactive, sales-minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the aftersales journey.
• Booking in vehicles, scheduling work, and managing workshop diaries.
• Providing accurate estimates for servicing and repairs, including timescales and costs.
• Keeping customers fully informed with clear and timely updates.
• Promoting additional products, services, parts, and accessories where appropriate.
• Ensuring all customer expectations are met and exceeded.
