Job summary

Johnsons Cars in Solihull, a Volkswagen dealership, is seeking a part-time receptionist to welcome customers and support an efficient front desk.

You will handle calls, assist visitors, and help create a warm, professional atmosphere at the dealership, contributing to a seamless customer experience. 31 days paid annual leave, increasing with longevity (pro-rata) are among the benefits.

Qualifications

• Be confident in communicating with customers.
• Have previous experience working with Microsoft Office 365.
• Be confident in answering the phone and making phone calls.
• Ideally hold a valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Give a professional and warm welcome to every customer as soon as they walk through the door.
• Strive for exceptional service by understanding each customer’s needs and providing a seamless experience, offering assistance and refreshments whenever needed.
• A high standard of organisation and attention to detail, ensuring customer-facing areas are kept clean and tidy at all times and meeting rooms are replenished with food and beverages as required.
• Handle any customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be confident in communicating with customers
• Have previous experience working with Microsoft office 356 (or similar)
• Be confident in answering the phone and making phone calls
• Ideally hold a valid UK driving licence.
