Johnsons Cars is seeking a Service Advisor to join our aftersales team in the UK. You will deliver exceptional customer service, book vehicles, schedule work, and provide accurate servicing estimates while keeping customers informed with timely updates.

The role emphasizes promoting parts and services and exceeding customer expectations. Ideal candidates have previous service advisor experience in automotive retail, strong communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.

• Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone

• Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the aftersales journey
• Booking in vehicles, scheduling work, and managing workshop diaries
• Providing accurate estimates for servicing and repairs, including timescales and costs
• Keeping customers fully informed with clear and timely updates
• Promoting additional products, services, parts, and accessories where appropriate

• £30,000 basic salary (depending on experience) + £6,000 bonus
