Job summary

Coconut Lime Ltd in Ferndown is seeking a full-time telesales role focused on UK business customers, booking qualified appointments for the sales team in a friendly, low-ego environment.

This office-based position offers a basic salary up to £35,000 with uncapped commissions and a realistic £60,000–£70,000+ OTE, plus clear targets and regular incentives.

You’ll use quality data, speak with decision-makers, and contribute to a consultative, high-conversion sales process with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in telemarketing or telesales.
• Experience within telecoms (reseller experience preferred).
• Confident speaking with business customers on the phone.
• Comfortable working towards targets and earning commission.
• Reliable, consistent, and easy to work with.

Responsibilities

• Call business prospects using high-quality, well-maintained data.
• Book qualified appointments for the field sales team (about 5 per week).
• Speak with decision-makers and understand their requirements.
• Follow a consultative, low-pressure sales approach.
• Manage your own activity and sales pipeline.
