Job summary

Better, based in Bournemouth, is seeking a Telemarketer to generate leads and book appointments for our field sales team. You will be calling pre-qualified data, qualifying prospects, and driving KPI-driven results in a fast-paced office environment.

Expect uncapped commissions with a starting salary of £30K, rising after training and hitting KPIs to £35K, with senior roles offering £40K and strong OTE targets up to £100K+.

Qualifications

• Experience in telemarketing or outbound sales required.

Responsibilities
