Better is seeking a driven Telesales Advisor in Bournemouth to generate leads and book appointments for the field sales team. You will use pre-qualified data to reach senior decision-makers, presenting product benefits and gathering essential budget and decision-making information.

The role offers a competitive starting salary, progression to £32,500 after training, and £35K upon hitting KPIs, with senior roles at £40K and an OTE of £70K+ for top performers.

Qualifications
