Job summary

Jobwise Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Telesales Executive to join an established sales team. You will build long-term relationships with customers, promote the company’s range of products, and manage accounts with outbound activity.

You should have strong communication skills, be self-motivated and target-driven, and enjoy a proactive calling approach. The role offers a basic salary of £30,000 to £35,000 with uncapped commission and a realistic OTE of £40,000+ in year one.

Qualifications

• Previous strong experience in a similar role such as Sales Executive, Business Development Manager or Telesales Executive.
• You're a people person who loves building strong working relationships.
• You're self-motivated, tenacious and target driven.
• You have a confident telephone manner and strong communication skills.
• Stable work history.
• Comfortable using Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Promoting and selling the company's range of products and services by contacting key personnel across a wide range of companies within the UK.
• Proactively calling potential customers to develop them into accounts.
• Discussing customer needs to advise on the company's product range.
• Maintaining contact with existing and potential customers to build relationships.
• Sourcing leads to find new opportunities.
• Managing customer accounts on an ongoing basis to retain and develop them.
• Updating the database and passing orders to the admin team.
• Developing product knowledge via company and manufacturer training.
