Role purpose: Act as a senior specialist member of a social work team, delivering outstanding services to children and families. Responsibilities include safeguarding children, promoting welfare, and discharging the Authority’s responsibilities under the Children’s Act 1989 & 2004. Maintain high standards of practice and adhere to the Division’s values and strategic objectives. Seek opportunities to enhance service delivery and support the development of the team’s professional capability.
