A leading consulting firm in the UK is seeking a Consultant for their Real Estate Consulting team. The role involves working closely with health and social care clients to assess real estate investment opportunities and develop comprehensive business cases. Ideal candidates should possess experience in healthcare estate planning, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. We are seeking a Consultant to work in our Real Estate Consulting (REC) team. We work with health and social care clients nationally to identify and test the feasibility of real estate investment opportunities, helping clients to build up the case for change and make the best real estate investment decisions. The successful applicant will ideally have experience in planning and developing healthcare estate and infrastructure projects and programme, and will have supported the development of healthcare estate strategies and authored business cases using the HM Treasury 5 case model. They should have a robust understanding of the business case development stages from Project Initiation to Full Business Case. We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated, flexible and who has excellent communication skills, able to engage with clients at all levels and passionate about nurturing such relationships.
