We are seeking a Consultant to work in our Real Estate Consulting (REC) team. We work with health and social care clients nationally to identify and test the feasibility of real estate investment opportunities; helping clients to build up the case for change and make the best real estate investment decisions.
The successful applicant will ideally have experience in planning and developing healthcare estate and infrastructure projects and programmes. You will have supported the development of healthcare estate strategies, authored business cases using the HM Treasury 5 case model and have a robust understanding of the business case development stages from Project Initiation to Full Business Case.
