You can prove that you are fully vaccinated against Covid-19 by providing us with an NHS Covid-19 pass, an EU Digital COVID Certificate, a CDC vaccination card or a certificate in English issued by the competent health authority which contains your full name, date of birth, the name and manufacturer of the vaccine that you received, the date that you received each dose of the vaccine and details of either the identity of the issuer of the certificate or the country of vaccination, or both.

Clinical Haematology Service

The Clinical Haematology service covers the full range of adult haematological disorders including all types of haematological malignancy, apart from Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia. We are a non‑comprehensive haemophilia centre. The multidisciplinary team benefits from specialist input from HMDS, local radiologists and a Leeds Clinical Oncologist. High‑intensity chemotherapy is provided solely on the York site, where there is a purpose‑built 18‑bedded inpatient facility and a Haematology‑Oncology outpatient and chemotherapy unit. Scarborough provides a low‑intermediate chemotherapy service in a dedicated outpatient and chemotherapy unit. High‑intensity chemotherapy provision for Scarborough is shared with Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust through agreed protocols and pathways.
