Finning SITECH is seeking an experienced construction technology professional with a consultative sales approach to drive opportunities with major contractors and strategic customers across the UK. You will collaborate with Sales, Product Specialists, Operations, Trimble and OEM partners to deliver measurable value through advanced technology.

You will report to the Strategic Manager and be responsible for growing SITECH's portfolio, building stakeholder relationships, and delivering

Qualifications

• Proven experience in consultative B2B sales within construction tech.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders.
• Experience with Trimble technologies or digital construction workflows.
• Willingness to travel across the UK and work with major accounts.

Responsabilités

• Grow opportunities across SITECH's construction technology portfolio.
• Build relationships with Major Contractors and Key Accounts.
• Provide consultative technology solutions delivering customer value.
• Demonstrate Trimble machine control and digital construction tech.
• Identify opportunities in infrastructure, highways, rail, utilities.
• Collaborate with technical specialists and OEM partners to deliver solutions.
• Represent SITECH at industry events and customer engagements.
