Job summary

BuildingPoint UK & Ireland, a division of KOREC Group, is seeking a Field Technology Sales Consultant to drive new business in the North of England. You will connect construction field-technology challenges with Trimble hardware, software, and services to improve productivity and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in building construction, surveying or related field-technology sales.
• Ability to develop a sales pipeline and win new business within an assigned territory.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building across levels.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business benefits.
• Willingness to travel to construction sites and work across a territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the North of England.
• Develop relationships with customers across field, operations and leadership levels.
• Lead consultative discovery to map workflows, productivity constraints and objectives.
• Position the portfolio of field technology solutions, including hardware, software, services and training.
• Coordinate demonstrations, site visits and technical consultations with specialists.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and handoff.
• Create and execute a strategic territory plan with CRM-based forecasts and updates.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and internal teams to ensure a strong customer experience.
