Job summary

Trimble is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to champion customer value and drive digital transformation across the UK construction landscape. You will coordinate the end-to-end post-sale experience, designing onboarding frameworks that accelerate product adoption from day one, while maintaining ongoing health of your portfolio through value-focused reviews and collaborative action plans.

Newcastle upon Tyne based, four days in office with a 10% travel requirement.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B SaaS customer success or account management experience.
• Experience with construction technology platforms preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end post-sale onboarding and adoption for construction accounts.
• Maintain portfolio health through value reviews and collaborative action plans.
• Identify risks and expansion opportunities with customer stakeholders and sales teams.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate client feedback into platform improvements.
