Job summary

Finning is seeking an experienced construction technology sales professional to drive growth in SITECH's portfolio across major infrastructure projects. You will engage with contractors and infrastructure providers, delivering consultative technology solutions and measurable customer value.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product Specialists, Operations, Trimble and OEM partners to close complex opportunities and represent SITECH at industry events and customer engagements across the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction technology, machine control or digital construction solutions.
• Successful track record in consultative B2B sales or technical solution sales.
• Experience influencing multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to close complex opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel UK-wide.
• Degree or equivalent in Civil Eng, Surveying, Geospatial sciences or related field.
• Experience with Trimble technologies and GNSS positioning.

Responsibilities

• Grow opportunities across SITECH's construction technology portfolio.
• Build relationships with Major Contractors, Infrastructure Providers and Key Accounts.
• Provide consultative technology solutions delivering measurable customer value.
• Demonstrate Trimble machine control and digital construction technologies.
• Identify opportunities within major infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with technical specialists, OEM partners and internal teams.
• Represent SITECH at industry events and customer engagements.
