Location: Surrey, BC V3W 1J6, On site

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time, 32 hours per week

Salary: $38.50 per hour

Start Date: As soon as possible

Overview

This role evaluates daily operations, plans and organizes daily operations, prepares and submits construction project budget estimates, plans and prepares construction schedules and milestones and monitors progress, prepares contracts and negotiates revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements, directs the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions, develops and implements quality control programs, and develops risk management plans.
