As an Apprentice Construction Site Manager, you’ll support the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of construction projects on site. You’ll gain hands‑on experience managing day‑to‑day site activities while developing the skills and knowledge needed for a long‑term career in site and construction management.
This role will be based in the North West region, working within our Regional Building. You’ll be primarily site‑based, gaining experience across live construction projects.
As an Apprentice Site Manager, you’ll combine on‑the‑job learning with formal academic study, developing the skills required to become a qualified site management professional.
You will study towards the Construction Site Supervision Level 4 Apprenticeship, gaining a HNC or level 4 equivalent qualification (2 years) followed by the Construction Site Management degree apprenticeship (3 years)
