• Generate design deliverables list and design schedule.
• Track development of design deliverables ensuring quality completion.
• Conduct meetings and prepare documentation for contractual communication.
• Monitor scope and assist in the preparation of change documents.
• Review designs for constructability and promote value engineering opportunities.
