As a Construction Delivery Lead, you’ll oversee the mechanical and electrical construction activities carried out by Tier 1 contract partners within your assigned area of the Hinkley Point C site. You’ll lead a team of Construction Delivery Managers (CDMs) and work in close coordination with Area Leads, Senior Construction Delivery Managers, and other multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient delivery. This role requires strong leadership, hands‑on site presence, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across engineering, logistics, commercial, and safety functions.
You’ll be a seasoned construction leader with extensive experience in mechanical, electrical, or heavy engineering delivery on large, complex, and safety‑critical projects. You bring a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and the ability to drive performance through collaboration, communication, and leadership.
