Responsabilidades

• Research market trends and track capital projects across residential, commercial, and education sectors.
• Manage a strong sales and tender pipeline; qualify inquiries and pitch services.
• Collaborate with estimating and bid teams to shape proposals and PQQ responses.
• Lead commercial discussions, negotiate terms, and hand over secured projects to delivery teams.
• Monitor CRM data, sales forecasts, and competitor activity for senior leadership.
