Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a confident Lead Generation Executive to join our Business Development team. This is a hands-on role focused on outbound lead generation, prospecting and appointment setting, speaking with potential clients, introducing our services, and booking meetings for the Head of Business Development.

You will work from a structured target list, build rapport with contacts in the construction and built-environment sectors, and maintain accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• Construction industry experience is essential.
• Experience in lead generation, appointment setting, business development or telesales within construction.
• Ability to communicate with senior contacts in the sector.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and prospective clients.
• Generate new leads and identify opportunities.
• Book high-quality meetings for the Head of Business Development.
